Team building exercises are increasingly popular. Our technique is albeit too simple, but the secret is to get work colleagues to relax and simply get to know each other in a non-work situation. Having people pulling together as a team to win a bottle of vintage Champagne has certainly proved to be a very successful way to help new teams to work together more effectively.
