Educational Tastings

Educational tastings are given by Harrison,Tate's sister company Better Tasting. The courses are modelled on the world-renowned Universite de Bordeaux wine making & tasting degree courses and the Diplôme Universitaire de l’Aptitude de la Dégustation des Vins, and are suitable for both interested amateurs and wine trade professionals (Richard More has lectured on wine making at the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, the Wine Trade's educational body).

Richard took his Wine Making and Tasting Degree at Bordeaux University, and before coming to England was Chief wine maker for Sandemans in Oporto.

Better Tasting was the first wine education organisation to give this level of specialised wine tasting education in the UK.
